Job summary

BNT, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an experienced people leader to join as Assistant Branch Manager in Wellington. You’ll oversee daily operations, support a diverse team, and help deliver strong commercial results.

As right‑hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead customer service, warehouse and delivery functions, creating a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused workplace while collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably automotive or trade
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
• Team‑oriented with a can‑do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain accuracy
• Interest in cars or parts is advantageous
• Computer literacy including basic Excel is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and drive commercial performance
• Support a diverse team including customer service, drivers and warehouse staff
