United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental company, seeks a Branch Manager for our Mobile Storage division in New Zealand. You will lead branch operations, drive productivity, and develop a high-performing team while delivering outstanding customer service across diverse projects.

Grow customer relationships, promote safety, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll partner with sales to expand accounts and maximize opportunities, shaping outcomes for communities and our customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a branch/operational role.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, manage recruitment and performance.
• Manage branch financials, reporting, inventory and fleet utilisation.
• Oversee workshop, yard and equipment operations for efficiency and service excellence.
• Champion a strong safety culture through training, incident management and improvements.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
