Job summary

Giltrap Group in Auckland is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch and rental operations, coach the team, and ensure vehicles are clean, compliant, and rental-ready. You will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve escalations, drive sales and upgrades, and manage fleet, assets, and reporting while upholding Health & Safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in rental cars, tourism, hospitality, transport, or automotive industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch and rental operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
