Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is seeking a permanent, full-time Booking Host at our global contact centre in South Auckland. You will help Guests plan campervan holidays, answer questions, and manage bookings across NZ and AU via phone, email, and live chat.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, a passion for travel, and strong attention to detail. A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential, and weekend/evening availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service or contact centre.
• Tourism industry experience is a plus.
• Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to match customers with the perfect campervan.
• Provide quotes and assist with bookings for NZ & AU holidays.
• Manage channels: phone, email, and live chat.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarise Guests with products and activities in NZ and Australia.
