Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is seeking a permanent, full-time Booking Host at our global contact centre in South Auckland. You will help Guests plan campervan holidays, answer questions, and manage bookings across NZ and AU via phone, email, and live chat.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, a passion for travel, and strong attention to detail. A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential, and weekend/evening availability is a plus.

About the Role:

We are seeking permanent, full time Booking Host at our global contact centre, based in South Auckland. You'll assist Guests in booking their dream campervan holidays and answer any questions about the campervan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:Utilise your excellent customer service skills and product knowledge to match customers with the perfect campervan.
• Bookings:Provide quotes and assist with bookings for holidays in NZ & AU, addressing any additional needs for their campervan holiday.
• Channels:Manage our main communication channels: phone, email, and live chat.
• Sales Targets:Be motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Product Knowledge:Familiarise Guests with our products and highlight fun activities in New Zealand and Australia.

About You:

• Experience:1-2 years in customer service or Contact Centre.
• Industry Knowledge:Tourism industry experience is a plus.
• Qualifications:Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, tech-savvy.
• Passion:Enthusiasm for travel and tourism.
• Flexible: Available to work some evenings and weekends.
