Placements24 is recruiting a Bilingual Sales Manager for Queenstown in the Eastern Cape. You will lead the automotive sales team, set strategic sales plans, coach staff, and drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in auto sales with 3+ years in management, fluent English and Afrikaans, and strong knowledge of F&I processes and CRM/DMS systems. Weekend work and a valid driver's license are expected.

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
• Fluency in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) is essential.

Mansioni

• Lead, manage, and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles in Queenstown.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to sales consultants.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and all relevant regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and retention.
• Collaborate with finance and insurance departments to streamline the sales and financing process.
• Maintain a professional and organized sales floor environment.
