Placements24 is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multi-site operations and drive efficiency across the Eastern Cape region. Based out of Queenstown, you will lead site managers, implement regional strategies, and ensure quality service while optimizing profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or management, 6+ years in regional/multi-site operations, strong leadership, and the ability to travel extensively within the Eastern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in regional operations management or multi-site management.
• Proven track record of managing operations and driving performance across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance management techniques.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern Cape region.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations across multiple sites to achieve goals and targets.
• Develop and implement regional operational strategies aligned with the company plan.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for site managers.
• Oversee regional budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Monitor regional market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
