Job summary

NAPA is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the North Island, focusing on the Golden Triangle. You will support and grow our existing client base across Commercial, Agricultural, Industrial and Automotive workshops, with training and tools provided to drive success.

Use your mechanical aptitude to understand lubricants and demonstrate products when needed, while expanding revenue through tailored solutions and regional programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Mechanical aptitude will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure opportunities are identified and acted upon
• A good understanding of lubricants and their applications
• Good understanding of the Automotive and Commercial markets
• Cold call experience and able to perform product demonstrations when required
• Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions that meet customer's needs
• Execute trade sales programs within the designated regions
• Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings, industry events and product information sessions
