Bapcor New Zealand invites you to join a high-velocity sales team as Regional Business Development Manager for lubricants in the Central North Island. You will drive growth across Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Hawke's Bay regions and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Lead promotions for Fuchs, Castrol, and Superiol, win new clients, and expand relationships with oil partners. Travel across the region is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in lubricants or related industrial sectors.
• Innate talent for transformative solution selling and cross-selling is essential.
• Ability to forge and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for and win new business within the commercial/automotive oil market.
• Build and deepen relationships with key clients for repeat business.
• Analyze market trends and competitor moves to shape sales strategies.
• Promote and educate clients on our lubricant brands (Fuchs, Castrol, Superiol).
• Set ambitious sales targets and report on progress and outcomes.
• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with teams to secure terms.
