Job summary

Kiwibank in Dunedin is seeking a Banking Assistant to greet customers, understand their needs and connect them with the right banking solutions. You’ll support everyday transactions, account help and digital banking use, delivering personalised experiences that build trust and confidence in their financial journey.

• Adept at learning new digital tools and helping others use them with confidence.
• Known for taking ownership, solving problems and contributing positively to a supportive team.

As a Banking Assistant, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet. You’ll take the time to understand what they need, make banking feel straight forward and connect them with the right solution or specialist. From everyday transactions and account support to helping customers build confidence using digital banking, you’ll create trusted, personalised experiences that help make Kiwi better off.

Hours are Monday to Friday (08.30 - 17.00) total 40 hours per week.
