Country Lane Group Limited is seeking a hands-on bakery production specialist to bake desserts, breads and pastries for the soon-to-open venue The Residence and for Canterbury contracts. You will work 4:00am–12:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with no nights or split shifts, while contributing to product development and maintaining high food-safety standards across all cabinets and

This is a hands‑on production role with plenty of room to make your mark. You'll be producing for the soon‑to‑open venue The Residence, supplying selected Country Lane Group cafés and contracts across Canterbury, working as part of a team integral to making slices, creating savoury ideas and sweet temptations for 6 cafe cabinets. One day you might be creating artisan breads and beautiful pastries, the next developing creative desserts for a wedding or function to some of Canterbury's leading corporates. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with flavours, textures and presentation, develop new products, follow emerging food trends and put your own creative stamp on the range.
