Job summary

New World Warkworth is seeking an experienced baker to join a dynamic, locally owned store. You will bake a variety of items, measure ingredients, mix, shape and decorate, following established recipes to ensure consistent quality.

We offer a supportive team environment, staff discounts, and opportunities for development, with a pay rate of 27–32 NZD per hour for a full-time role requiring at least 38 hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of bakery items, including measuring ingredients, mixing, shaping, and decorating.

• Comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety policies.
• Assist with inventory management and communicate ordering needs to management.
