First Focus in New Zealand is expanding its regional team and seeking a skilled IT technician to manage AD/Azure, Exchange, Windows Server, endpoints, and cloud platforms. You’ll troubleshoot across desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks with a balance of desk support and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with AD/Azure and Exchange is required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and cloud platforms.
• Experience across desktops, servers, and network components.

Responsibilities

• Slay tickets across AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks.
• Support cloud platforms such as Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix, AWS.
• Split time between desk-based support and on-site work.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to keep environments clean and efficient.
• Attend client sites for on-site missions as required.
