Job summary

South Canterbury Toyota, part of the McDermid Auto Collective, is seeking a Service Advisor in Timaru for a full-time, 42.5-hour week. You will greet customers, discuss service options, and coordinate repairs while aiming for excellent customer service and department goals.

Reporting to the Service Manager, training will be provided. You must have the right to work in New Zealand and hold a full NZ driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at service reception and provide a friendly welcome.
• Advise customers on service and repair options.
• Book service technicians and coordinate repair work.
• Invoices for repair work carried out and maintain records.
