Job summary

MUSTER LIMITED in Central Auckland is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to own a 360-degree aftersales experience across multiple brands. You will manage daily flow with the team, maximize workload, and drive productivity to advance your career.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of Service Advisor experience, excellent communication and numerical skills, and a proactive, customer-centric approach. The role offers Monday–Friday with weekends rostered and a company vehicle option.

Qualifications

• Heavily customer focussed with strong communication skills.
• 2-4 years' Service Advisor or aftersales advisor experience.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Strong computer literacy and numerical skills essential.
• Ability to manage pressure comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
• Have a flexible approach to vehicle drop off and delivery
• Pro-actively communicate within the team to ensure customers are informed on vehicle progress
• Maximise opportunities to upsell customers
• Communicate with management and distributor on recalls, training and warranty matters
• Maintain a strong relationship with key accounts and fleet clients
• Provide technical support and advice to the client base
