Job summary

NZ Juice Group Limited in Hastings, NZ seeks an Automated Filling and Packaging Line Supervisor to coordinate production across lines, supervise teams, and manage line start‑ups and changeovers. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and safety standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production across lines from schedules and liaise with management and planning.
• Supervise and schedule teams; coordinate activities between lines and departments.
• Assign work tasks and monitor performance against operational standards.
• Oversee line start‑up and product changeovers to maintain continuous, efficient production.
• Monitor output, downtime, and efficiency; recommend productivity improvements.
• Oversee first‑line troubleshooting and escalate complex faults as needed.
• Ensure safe use of filling, capping, labeling and packaging equipment; support maintenance.
