The role offers practical scope to implement processes, improve instructions, and ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a team leader or supervisor role.
• Manufacturing background in packing/FMCG.
• Good mechanical understanding of process lines.
• Proactive, practical mindset and initiative.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-9 production staff.
• Help develop processes, instructions and best practices.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Calculate quantities and requirements to support planning.
• Hands-on fault-finding and troubleshooting across the line.
