Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

You'll manage a small, close-knit team of 8-9, running the line autonomously day-to-day while reporting into management, with a clear path to progress your role as you grow into the position.

About You

You're a confident, hands-on leader with a background in manufacturing, from packing and FMCG production, ideally within a kitchen, bakery, or food-manufacturing environment. You think outside the box, take initiative, and enjoy being part of working out how things should run rather.

• Proven experience in a team leader, supervisor, or shift management role.
• Manufacturing background in packing/FMCG - kitchen, bakery, or food production and packaging experience highly regarded..
• Good mechanical understanding of process lines, comfortable getting stuck in for fault-finding.
• Proactive, practical mindset - happy to take initiative and help build out processes and instructions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
