Job summary

Smith and Nephew in Auckland is seeking a Territory Manager for ENT to lead sales across the ENT portfolio within the assigned territory. You will engage surgeons, nurses, and procurement to drive clinical buy-in, demonstrate products, and deliver on monthly targets in a 90% field-based role.

You will own the ENT product line, become its expert on applications, competition and pricing, and collaborate with a small, dynamic team to achieve market growth while maintaining exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in health science or/Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in OR environment.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Travel requirements: 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge and demonstrate selling strategies to meet targets.
• Instruct customers on techniques and product information for effective implementation.
• Support Local KOL relationships.
• Drive product launches aligning with global marketing plans.
• Complete monthly sales activity reports with manager guidance.
• Communicate forecast changes for inventory management.
