Job summary

Macpac Napier is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager, coach a passionate team on the shop floor, and drive sales in a busy outdoor retailer. You’ll engage with tourists, cruise ship visitors and outdoor enthusiasts daily, lead by example, and deliver top-tier customer service while ensuring store standards and safety.
