Macpac Napier is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support the Store Manager to maximise sales, lead the team on the shop floor and create a welcoming, high-energy environment for outdoor enthusiasts.

You’ll have management or supervisory experience, coach your team, handle training, visual merchandising, stock control and health and safety. Outdoor passion is a plus and a sense of adventure helps you thrive here.
