Job summary

Super Retail Group\'s Supercheap Auto Manukau store is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of 16, support the Store Manager, and stay hands-on on the shop floor. You will coach, train and inspire the team daily, ensuring safety and high standards in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.

This role offers great work-life balance with a no more than 1 in 3 weekends, competitive salary with weekly pay and achievable bonus, and generous staff discounts across brands.
