Qualifications

• 2+ years retail/food service experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, coaching, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all daily store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Coach and develop partners to deliver operational excellence.
• Help manage labour, inventory, product quality, and store performance.
• Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Model our mission, values, and “customer comes first” approach.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organised store that feels like a Second Home.
