Job summary

Starbucks New Zealand is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead on the floor, guide baristas, support operations, and help create a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners.

You’ll foster confidence and craft within the team, create organised shifts that deliver great experiences, and help partners perform at their best while staying calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience with 6 months – 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leadership approach that inspires others.
