Bring pride and craft to the details that matter. Set high standards acrosscoffee and beverage quality, service, cleanliness, food safety and storeexecution — and make sure they're delivered consistently.
Drive your business
Take ownership of results. Know what drives your store's performance andunderstand the story behind the numbers. Use sales, transactions, labour,inventory and costs to identify opportunities, make better decisions and turninsight into action through your team.

We expect a lot from our Store Managers, so we deliberatelycreate time to help you succeed.
Our Store Managers work Tuesday to Saturday, with Tuesdaydedicated to planning and leadership — giving you time away from the day-to-dayrhythm of the floor to understand your business, develop your people andprepare yourself and your team for the week ahead.
