Job summary

Starbucks New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager to lead a great team and deliver premium customer experiences. You will own people development, store operations and financial performance while upholding Starbucks standards and craft.

You will coach and inspire a high‑performing team, build customer connections, and drive continuous improvement across operations, safety and service. Experience in hospitality or retail is valued, coffee passion encouraged.

• Own operation standards: coffee quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Drive business by analyzing sales, labour, and costs to identify opportunities.
• Provide time and space for leadership development and planning.
• Ensure execution and continuous improvement across People, Customer, Operations and Financials.
