About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day operations of the Queensgate store. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front, inspire your team and play a key role in delivering strong commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Coaching, motivating and developing a team of 10-12
• Creating an engaging and customer‑focused store environment
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong service standards
• Supporting visual merchandising, stock management and operational excellence
• Leading by example on the shop floor and driving team performance
