Job summary

Manukau Nissan in Auckland is seeking a driven Vehicle Sales Assistant Manager to support the sales leadership and drive team performance. You will mentor consultants, help set sales targets and KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer experiences from enquiry to delivery.

The role requires leadership in automotive sales, strong communication, and a proven track record in the sales process, with a current driver’s license.

• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire high performance.

About the Role Manukau Nissan is seeking a driven and experienced Vehicle Sales Assistant Manager to support the leadership of our sales department. In this role, you will play a key part in driving team performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are consistently met. Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and team supervision Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team Ensure exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery Collaborate with the broader dealership team to streamline sales processes
