You will support the Sales Manager in daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with the dealership team to streamline sales processes, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver's licence.

About the Role

Manukau Nissan is seeking a driven and experienced Vehicle Sales Assistant Manager to support the leadership of our sales department. In this role, you will play a key part in driving team performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are consistently met.
