• Previous automotive or vehicle sales experience.
• Proven sales background and ability to achieve targets.
• Confident, personable and comfortable building relationships with customers.
• Proactive with strong follow-up and prospecting skills.
• Motivated by targets, commission and achieving results.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple customers and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the complete new vehicle sales process
• Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Manage incoming enquiries and proactively follow up sales opportunities
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals and your own network
• Work towards individual and dealership sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within dealership systems
• Develop strong knowledge across the Toyota vehicle range and available products
• Work closely with the wider sales, finance and aftersales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
