Job summary

Te Puna Ora o Mataatua is seeking an Asset and Fleet Management Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination of vehicle fleet, assets, facilities and equipment. The role ensures resources are safe, compliant, well maintained and readily available to support kaimahi and service delivery.

You will work with kaimahi, suppliers and trades, manage servicing, asset allocation, building compliance, stocktakes and property logistics, while providing responsive admin support to the Property team.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, data entry and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and stay organised
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to Kaupapa Māori and alignment with Te Poutokomanawa
