You’ll contribute to quality during service, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with the Head Chef and team. Training and progression opportunities are available in a vibrant Queenstown kitchen.

• Some previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
• A good foundation of kitchen skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work confidently as part of the kitchen team, with the opportunity to take greater ownership as your skills develop.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Stay organised and prepared during busy service periods.
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Take an active approach to learning and developing your skills.
