Job summary

Roading and Building Recruitment in Cromwell is seeking Asphalt Construction Crew Members for a full-time role with the chance to go permanent. Based in Central Otago (Cromwell, Wanaka, Queenstown), you’ll work outdoors with a friendly, skilled team and receive PPE on site.

Ideal candidates have experience in asphalt/roading, hold a Class 1 licence with their own car, and ideally a wheels/rollers endorsement. Licence upgrade support is available to help you advance.

Qualifications

• We are ideally looking for crew members with experience in asphalt/roading (sealing asphalt, chipseal) or similar.
• Hold a current Class 1 driver's licence (minimum) and have their own car to get to work.
• Ideally hold wheels, tracks & rollers endorsement (desired but not a deal breaker).
