The ideal candidate has a Full Class 2 NZ Driver Licence and prior asphalt or roading experience, is physically fit, reliable and safety-focused, and happy to work outdoors with a supportive team.

Class 2 Driver / Asphalt Labourer – Wellington

We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver / Asphalt Labourer to join a hardworking crew working across Wellington and the wider region. This is a hands-on role, not just a driving job. You'll spend part of your day behind the wheel and the rest working alongside the crew, helping with asphalt preparation, laying, repairs and general civil labouring. Payrate - $25-$30 depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving Class 2 vehicles to and from worksites

What We're Looking For

• Full Class 2 NZ Driver Licence – essential
• Previous asphalt or roading experience – essential
• Comfortable jumping out of the truck and getting involved with the crew
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Works well as part of a small team
• Strong focus on health and safety
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
