Job summary

Alignz Recruitment in Wellington is seeking experienced Asphalt & Chip Seal Operators and Labourers to join busy road surfacing crews across Wellington. We’re looking for experienced asphalt paving, chip sealing or road surfacing talent to hear from you. Competitive hourly rates and ongoing work across Wellington are on offer, including permanent roles and opportunities for Operators, Drivers & Labourers.

Qualifications

• Previous roading, asphalt or chip seal experience.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Full Class 1 licence.
• Class 2, 4 or 5 licences highly regarded.
• WTR is an advantage.
• Ability to work early starts and night shifts when required.
• Strong focus on health & safety.

• Skid steer / Bobcat operators
• Driver / Operators
• Asphalt and surfacing labourers
• General roading experience

What you’ll need:

• Previous roading, asphalt or chip seal experience
