Job summary

Altus Window Systems, Christchurch, seeks an Architectural Representative to develop and strengthen relationships with architects, specifiers, developers and industry stakeholders. You’ll promote leading-edge window and door solutions while identifying opportunities that drive market share and project wins.

You’ll work with fabricators, regional sales teams and product leaders to ensure architects have access to up-to-date specification information and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of specification selling experience to architects/specifiers.
• Clean driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout the South Island.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers and specifiers across the South Island.
• Secure specification positions for Altus Window Systems products on residential and commercial projects.
• Identify and influence project opportunities from early design stages.
• Collaborate with fabricators and sales teams to convert specifications into successful project outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, presentations and product launches.
• Provide valuable market feedback to product development and leadership teams.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives across the Window & Doors business.
• Represent Altus Window Systems as the specification lead and promote innovative solutions.
