Allegion in Christchurch is seeking an Architectural Sales Consultant to build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, developers, contractors and distributors. You’ll identify new project opportunities, provide product and technical advice, and help ensure our solutions are specified for the right projects.

You will present and train customers, keep CRM records up to date, and contribute to forecasts and sales reporting as part of the Commercial sales team.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience in sales in the building/construction sector.
• Experience working with architects, developers and construction companies.
• Ability to work collaboratively or autonomously and take ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Business Development: Identifying new customers and project opportunities, building lasting relationships and contributing to sales growth.
• Project Specifications: Working with key decision makers to develop door hardware schedules and specifications and supporting the inclusion of our products.
• Customer Education: Delivering presentations and product training to help customer confidently understand and specify our solutions.
• Product & Technical Support: Advising customers on product selection and applications, providing technical support and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
• Market & Territory Management: Keeping up with industry and competitor activity, maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to forecasts and sales reporting.
