Job summary

Moth Light, based in Auckland, is seeking a confident Lighting Sales Consultant to join the Kingsland team. This relationship-led role targets architects, designers and engineers to understand projects, present lighting solutions and grow opportunities from initial contact through to close.

You will promote products from BEGA, Arkoslight and Offspring Profiles, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a growing business with a competitive base salary, commission and a company

Qualifications

• Proven track record in specification sales
• Essential experience or knowledge in lighting and design
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• New Zealand residency and a full New Zealand driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with architects, designers, engineers and other specifiers
• Present and promote Moth Light's products, services and technical capabilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Support and grow existing customer relationships
• Help clients find practical, technically sound and design-led lighting solutions
• Follow up enquiries, specifications, quotations and project opportunities
• Represent Moth Light at client presentations, industry events and meetings
