Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous sales or customer-service experience
• Confident, professional and approachable
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Comfortable selling higher-value consumer products
• Reliable and capable of working independently
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
• Hold a valid New Zealand driver licence

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels
• Welcome and assist customers at our business premises
• Understand each customer's requirements and recommend suitable solutions
