Job summary

Redpath Partners in Christchurch partners with a design-focused practice delivering innovative projects. This role leads the technical delivery from developed design to construction and ensures conformance with NZ Building Code and council requirements.

You'll produce detailed constructions docs in ArchiCAD, prepare consent packages, and respond to RFIs, with a market-leading salary and flexible, family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 7 years NZ experience within the commercial, apartments, industrial or multi residential space.
• Knowledge of the NZ building codes and standards.
• Be a competent and efficient user of ArchiCAD.
• NZ resident or citizen.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction documentation and technical drawing packages using ArchiCAD.
• Lead the technical delivery of projects from developed design through to construction.
• Ensure drawings comply with the New Zealand Building Code, relevant standards, and council requirements.
• Prepare and lodge building consent documentation and respond to council RFIs.
