Job summary

Add Value Renovations in Auckland seeks an architectural designer to create practical, beautiful residential renovations. You’ll design around clients' budgets, coordinate with customers, the QS team, and builders, and contribute to the design-build department.

Based in our Remuera office with three fixed office days preferred, you will balance creativity with buildability and compliance, delivering coordinated drawings and responsive documentation.

Qualifications

• New Zealand residential design experience, including renovation or extension projects.
• Practical knowledge of council consent documentation and responding to council queries.
• Confident design software skills and clear communication with customers and construction teams.
• A portfolio that shows your contribution and how you solve real design problems.

The practical details
