Job summary

Randstad in Auckland is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson with strong Revit and BIM skills to join a busy, growing team.

You’ll produce accurate drawings and models from concept through to construction documentation, interpreting plans and specifications with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• NZQF Level 5 or higher qualification in the field relevant to architecture, architectural design or technology.
• Three years of relevant drafting experience or more.
• Strong Revit skills and solid BIM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• assisting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation
• interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice
• preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications

Architectural Draftsperson (Revit and BIM)

We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson who is highly proficient in Revit and BIM to join a busy and growing team in Auckland.

Length of employment: Full time and permanent

Hourly rate: $42 to $55 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week (Minimum 30 hours guaranteed).

Your duties may include but not limited to:
