Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a highly experienced Architect or Architectural Designer to lead diverse projects including MOE, Commercial and Residential. The successful candidate will take full ownership of their projects and contribute to the business transition.

Requirements include a minimum 3 years post-registration ( Architects ) or equivalent for ADNZ/NZIA aligned designers, proficiency in Revit or Archicad, and a solid portfolio with references. A vehicle to travel to sites is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years after registration for Architects or equivalent experience for Architectural Designers aligned with ADNZ/NZIA.
• Proficiency in Revit or Archicad.
• Experience on both commercial and residential projects.
• Strong portfolio and references demonstrating recent high-quality architectural documentation.
• Own vehicle to travel to project sites.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of their projects.

Key Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years after registration (for Architects) or equivalent experience for Architectural Designers that are currently aligned with a professional body ADNZ or NZIA for example.
• Software: Proficiency in Revit or Archicad is essential.
• Project Background: Proven experience across both commercial and residential projects is a must.
• Track Record: You must provide strong references and a portfolio demonstrating a recent, high-quality track record of architectural documentation to be considered.
• Logistics: You must have your own vehicle to travel to project sites as required.
