Job summary

Fearon Hay Architects is seeking a design-focused role to work with Directors and architectural teams on design presentations and package development. You will interpret client briefs, conduct site analysis, and generate Pre and Concept Design packages including 3D modelling, sketches, rendering and artwork.

The ideal candidate has experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Revit and AutoCAD, and can test designs quickly in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape or other rendering tools, Adobe Suite, Revit & AutoCAD.
• Ability to test design effectively and quickly in a fast-paced, creative studio environment.
• Interest and ability to develop the studio's architectural visualisation tools.
• Must be a NZ permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit.
