The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of water quality management, staff supervision, and budget oversight. A valid lifeguard and pool operator certification are essential, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of all aquatic facilities including pools and surrounding areas.
• Develop and implement water quality testing and maintenance programs.
• Supervise lifeguards, attendants, and maintenance staff.
• Enforce safety policies and emergency procedures across the venue.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address hazards promptly.
• Oversee pool equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Manage chemical and supplies inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate reporting and actions.
• Assist in budgeting for the aquatics department.
