Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Analyst to support and enhance our PeoplePlus platform across APAC for a 12-month contract. This hands-on role covers system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, testing and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT and external providers.

You’ll own the day-to-day support of our SAP SuccessFactors environment across modules like Employee Central, EC Payroll, LMS, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and EC Time

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on across EC, ECP, LMS, Onboarding, PMGM and EC Time Off.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, reporting and integrations.
• Experience partnering with and managing external AMS/support providers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day support and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, EC Payroll, Learning, Onboarding and more.
• Identify, scope and deliver system enhancements with stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing system maintenance and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Configure workflows, business rules, MDF objects, Foundation Objects, picklists and permissions.
• Develop and maintain reporting with Story Reports, Canvas Reports and Integration Centre.
• Coordinate customised system integrations and ensure data quality audits.
