Job summary

GHD is seeking an APAC Compensation Specialist to join the People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will provide expert compensation advice across APAC, working with business leaders and People teams to guide pay decisions, salary structures and reward investments.

You will engage with multiple markets, analyze market data, and support annual salary reviews and pay equity initiatives, contributing to attraction, retention and equity across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong compensation experience and independent work on complex remuneration matters.
• Evidence-based advice to People Teams and leaders.
• Analytical capability to translate market and workforce data into recommendations.
• Experience with salary structures, market pricing and pay equity.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation guidance across APAC and partner with People Teams and leaders.
• Lead salary reviews and budget discussions with stakeholders.
• Support pay equity analyses and market pricing initiatives across APAC.
• Translate data into practical, actionable compensation recommendations.
