Job summary

NXP is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team in Auckland. You will manage supplier invoices, payable runs and work with ERP systems to keep payments accurate and timely.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues with vendors and internal teams. Experience with SAP/S4Hana and Esker a plus, along with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in working in the Accounts Payable function.
• Detail focused and eager to learn with curiosity about numbers.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a large ERP and automated payment processing platforms (SAP and Esker) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices using Esker to monitor workflows and post to SAP.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure proper submission of invoices and statements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
• Prepare and process bi-weekly, 20th, and end-of-month payment runs.
• Perform month-end tasks and reporting.
