Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in New Zealand's Hawke's Bay region seeks a Source to Pay Analyst to support Accounts Payable processes and partner with BPO teams. You will work within the ANZ Global Business Services group to drive excellence and value through process improvements and strong stakeholder engagement.

Essential experience includes AP/PO, 5+ years in AP, and collaboration with offshore/BPO teams; a Bachelor’s is required, with postgraduate GBS certification preferred. Tomoana location.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressing work experience in the Accounts Payable area.
• Experience working in an operational capacity within GBS is preferred.
• Experience working with BPO or offshore teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vendor paid to terms accuracy and improvement initiatives to ensure suppliers are paid correctly and timely.
• Coach and train the AP team on core fundamentals and continuous improvement opportunities with BPO partners.
• First point of escalation for Accounts Payable matters (payment issues, vendor master data, internal queries).
• Drive vendor payment improvements in partnership with Kraft Heinz Finance and STP ANZ.
• Liaise between GBS and Kraft Heinz on SLAs and action plans to improve performance.
• Deliver Service Performance Management reviews and improve reporting with GBS.
• Ensure process documentation reflects current SOPs and policy controls.
• Collaborate with global process leaders to identify gaps and propose improvements.

We are looking for an experienced Source to Pay Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of functional business processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned with Kraft Heinz Australia and New Zealand business stakeholders.

About the role

The role will work in partnership with third party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to drive operational performance of our full Source to Pay team, with a focus on our Accounts Payable stakeholders and vendors.

The Source to Pay Analyst will serve as a key member of the Australia and New Zealand Global Business Services (GBS) team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value

Key responsibilities

Customer Centric Operational Stability:

• Responsible for Vendor Paid to Terms (VPTT) accuracy and improvement initiatives to ensure our suppliers are consistently paid the right amounts at the right times

• Work closely with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to coach and train the broader AP team on core fundamentals and continuous improvement opportunities

• First point of escalation for Kraft Heinz on Accounts Payable matters (payment issues, vendor master data, internal queries)

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Drive vendor payment improvements in partnership with Kraft Heinz Finance department and with support from Senior Manager, STP ANZ

• Liaise between GBS and Kraft Heinz on Service Level Agreements and Reverse Service Level Agreements and drive action plans to improve performance on both sides

• Drive Service Performance Management reviews between business and GBS and improve reporting with GBS team

Process Improvement:

• Ensure process documentation is updated frequently to reflect current standard operating procedures in compliance with Kraft Heinz policies and controls

• Work closely with Global process leaders and teams to understand root causes and represent process procedures, practicalities, and exceptions

• Translate vendor payment targets into action plans for GBS to drive improvement

• Support project and technology implementations including SAP S/4 Hana, Basware and other digital solutions

• Review and analyse reporting from broader GBS teams

• Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures

General:

• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

• Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision

• Coordinate with external and internal customers on matters of collections and disputes

• Indirect management of the BPO team (located in India)
