Job summary

Kitomba is seeking a Customer Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey, including data migration, configuration, and ensuring a fault-free install for new customers.

You will use Claude Code to script and automate data extraction and migration, support AI-driven onboarding processes, and manage onboarding queues in Zendesk while coordinating training and ensuring a smooth go-live experience across multiple SaaS customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a technical role involving data manipulation or migration.
• Minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing role, SaaS experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling large data sets and data cleaning.
• Able to work in a fast-changing environment with multiple customers in flight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding with data migration and configuration for new customers.
• Script and automate data extraction and migration tasks using Claude Code.
• Coordinate onboarding queues in Zendesk and manage go-live readiness.
• Schedule training, brief trainers, and ensure post-install follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date Confluence docs and monitor onboarding metrics.
